Arctic air dipping into the Midwest is expected to set record

Arctic air dipping into the Midwest is expected to set records.  

From Bismarck, North Dakota, to Grand Rapids, Michigan, people are bundling up as temperatures are well below zero.

It’s prompted thousands of schools to call of classes and entire cities to basically shut down for the day.
