It’s a tradition for every dream home built by St. Jude.
The generous volunteers, contractors, vendors and builders signed the floor with well-wishes for the eventual winner. The hardwood will cover it up, but it’s a way for all those who dedicated their time and talents to this special cause to leave their mark on the project.
Meanwhile, more than 1,200 tickets for the dream home drawing have been sold so far. Only 6,750 tickets are being sold.
Village Park Homes is building the home in Port Wentworth’s Rice Hope Plantation.
Keep in mind the campaign sold out last year.
May 3: Get your ticket by May 3 to be eligible to win a 2019 Nissan Versa.
May 11: Tour the house, and register for free to be eligible to win a $5,000 shopping spree at Timeless Interiors.
June 14: Get your ticket by June 14 to be eligible to win a seven-day Carnival Cruise for two.
June 26: Tune in to WSAV to see the drawing for the house and all other prizes.
Your entry will help save the lives of pediatric cancer patients and fund research that aims to eradicate cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Even though it costs more than $2.7 million to operate the hospital every day, families never receive a bill from St. Jude — not for treatment, travel, housing or food. St. Jude believes the only thing a family should worry about is helping their child live.
