BURTON, S.C. (WSAV) – The Burton Fire District and other first responders responded to a four-vehicle collision that injured one person on Trask Parkway Wednesday afternoon.
Burton Fire officials say just after 1 p.m. Wednesday, crews responded to a collision involving a rollover on Trask Parkway at the Bruce K Smalls Road intersection in the southbound lane.
Four vehicles were involved, and one SUV was on its side. The driver had been pulled out by bystanders.
One person involved in the crash was transported with non-life threatening injuries.
Traffic was delayed for over two hours on the Trask Parkway southbound lane while crews cleared the scene. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol also responded.
