Victim asks for $363 million in lawsuit against serial killer

A convicted serial killer is being sued for over $360 million by one of his victims.

Kala Brown is suing Todd Kohlhepp for $360 million in punitive damages and $3.6 million in actual and compensatory damages.

Kohlhepp repeatedly raped Brown and kept her locked in a storage container for two months.

He has also been found guilty of murdering seven people.

Kohlhepp is expected to spend the rest of his life in S.C. Department of Corrections with no chance of parole.
