School officials say the soft lockdown at Woodville-Tompkins has been lifted. They also say the student who made the posting was identified and interviewed by campus police.
It has been determined the matter will be handled administratively.
The Savannah Chatham County School District says Woodville Tompkins is on a “soft” lockdown after someone posted a video threat on social media.
The district says it’s likely not a credible threat to safety, but they’re taking extra precautions to be safe.
A soft lockdown means some movement is allowed on campus.
