BULLOCH COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – Over in Bulloch County, strong winds damaged the roof of one person’s place.
The owner of the building, that’s located in the Brooklet area, said it was his hunting clubhouse. However, that was just some of the damage left behind in the area.
In the south part of the county, there were multiple downed trees. Some of those trees fell on power lines causing some residents to lose power.
Despite this, the Bulloch County Emergency Management Director, Ted Wynn said the county faired pretty well.
“The damage was pretty well minimal in the county. We did have some trees and debris that got on the roadways in the south part of the county, in Brooklet down into Stilson, but crews have pretty much got those cleared out. And we released our schools on time today,” Wynn said.
