The “America’s Got Talent” quarter-finals contestant rapped and talked to East Broad Elementary school students in Savannah today. She’s determined to keep kids in school and stop gun violence: gunviolence#.

Flau’Jae’s hard work is paying off. Savannah Mayor Eddie DeLoach presented her with a proclamation today, earlier this year he gave her a key to the city. She’s about to sign with a major recording label, drop a single before Christmas and SCAD students are following her for an upcoming documentary.

The Savannah native is only 15 years old, but her career keeps her so busy, she’s schooled on the road.
