It’s time to meet this week’s Perfect Pets! All of these four-legged friends are at the Humane Society for Greater Savannah waiting for their perfect homes.

Meet Peter! If you don’t want to grow up, fly away with this fearless leader of the lost boys. He is two-years-old with the spirit of a younger pup. Despite his youthful energy Peter also wants to be your lap dog. In fact, we had a hard time getting video of him because his top priority was snuggling in the shade. Will you be his Wendy and fly him away to a new home?

Meet Denali! Obviously he isn’t the highest mountain point in North America… This is Denali as in the highest point of your day! As Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell would say, “there ain’t no mountain high enough,” to keep him from getting into your lap for a cuddle. This 9-year-old tabby is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly to people. We caught up with Denali as he was waking up from a cat nap (he stays pretty busy with those). Denali would be more than happy to pencil you in around his busy nap schedule.

Oh snap! Meet Snapp with two ‘P’s, because she’s just that cool. Snapp is a precious miniature pinscher mix with a personality that is at least ten times her size. That’s just an estimation. You can trust Snapp not to snap at your kids or other pets. She is cool, calm and collected. Oh, and pretty cuddly. At 9-years-young, she would do best in a calm home environment. Her only pet peeve is her crate. Nobody puts this baby in a corner.

If you’re interested in adopting Peter, Denali or Snapp you can find them at the Humane Society for Greater Savannah on 7215 Sallie Mood Drive.

They are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
