March for Babies returns to Coastal Empire

Local News

Launching this season’s March for Babies in the Coastal Empire.
A passionate crowd stepped up to support the March of Dimes March for Babies kickoff tonight.
This pep session inspires team captains to jump-start fundraising and shares the power of prematurity research.
The biggest takeaway is sharing their commitment to raise money to help all moms and families experience the joy of a healthy baby.
As Emcee again this year I talked to our 2019 Ambassador family.
These are their beautiful quadruplets born at 31 weeks.
These parents shared why it’s important to be a leader in march for babies.
“Thanks to research and information that the March of Dimes has discovered over the years we were able to get the best prenatal care to prepare for these premature babies.  And I just want to get the word out about prematurity and just women’s health care in general that all pregnant mothers can have good health care as we did,” explains Sherri Armitage.
The Armitage quads are now 4 years old.
We hope you will form a team and help us raise $175,000.
WSAV is a proud sponsor.
