HHI elementary students pack meals for families in need

HILTON HEAD, S.C. (WSAV) – Members of the EarlyAct Club packed bags of food for their annual service project on Tuesday.

The Hilton Head Elementary School students packed over 200 bags full of food for families who would otherwise go without a holiday meal.

In just under 30 minutes, a record-high for the project, students and parents packed turkey and trimmings into individual bags.

But the numbers really don’t matter to them. These EarlyAct members simply enjoy giving back by “doing good in the world.”

Certainly, a great way to give and give back this season!
