Thomas Glover is wanted on 10 charges, 9 of those felonies

A convicted felon already, Thomas Darnell Glover is on the loose again, trying to stay out of jail.

“(he’s been) Booked in Chatham County Detention Center a total of 21 times,” said Captain Brown.

A member of the “Fifth Ward” group, Glover is facing charges including possession of a firearm and various drug offenses.

Police are cracking down on that gang and its members as part of the End Gun Violence program.

“With end gun violence we look at specific groups and he was identified as part of the fifth ward group we identified at the time,” said Brown.

Thomas Glover is 34 years old. He could be in the area of Waters Ave and 55th street, or hiding out in various other spots in Savannah.

“You do anything long enough you get good at it,” explains Brown. “Whether its being a good guy or a bad guy. This gentleman 21 times since he was 17 he was in jail, he’s only 35, so he’s familiar with it.”
