Chatham County Animal Services director leaves following indictment on invasion of privacy charges

Chatham County officials confirm Chatham County Animal Services director, Kerry Sirevicius is no longer an employee. 
On April 4, the county announced the head of Chatham County Animal Services was facing serious charges was indicted by a grand jury on Invasion of Privacy charges.
Prosecutors say she recorded a conversation with two human resource professionals with the county during a closed-door meeting in 2017.
Sirevicius was placed on administrative leave on January 25, 2018, pending investigation.
