Savannah (WSAV) – Armstrong State University held an event to help students and faculty unwind today.
Stress Free Day has become a welcome addition to the ASU calendar, as participants are given the opportunity to take a break from their studies and the impending dread of final exams and enjoy some fun activities. The free event featured food, massages, manicures, yoga classes, and more. Service dogs were also on hand to help alleviate stress.
Armstrong State University’s Department of Recreation and Wellness helped put on today’s festivities.
