HILTON HEAD, S.C. (WSAV)- A woman is suing a Hilton Head apartment complex after she was shot in the head.
The incident happened back in June at Hilton Head Gardens apartment.
Ashley Thomas feels the complex did not have adequate security for tenants and guests.
Thomas says she has ongoing health problems as a result of the shooting.
She is asking for a jury trial.
