A candidate for Mayor of Savannah was arrested on Tuesday.
The Pooler Police Department took Anthony Oliver into custody at 11:00 p.m. for aggravated stalking — a felony. The specifics of the arrest have not yet been released.
In January, Oliver announced his candidacy for mayor. In an interview with News 3, he said the reason he was running was to fight crime.
