Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team offers a tip for parents planning to take little ones to the parade on Saturday–take their photo before you go to the festival!

There is no doubt downtown Savannah will be crowded on Saturday and there is always a chance your little one could slip away before you notice.

They recommend taking a photo of your children in their clothing before you head out–remember, everyone will be wearing green so a photo is helpful.

Also, children found during the parade will be taken to the ambulance corral or the SPD Command Post at Chippewa Square.

Children found during the festival later in the day will be taken to the SPD Command Post at either City Hall or City Market.
