GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Garden City Police Department released details in a July 25 stabbing.
Police responded to a stabbing call that evening to 820 Davis Avenue in Garden City.
At the scene, police discovered a male stabbing victim, Ralph Manker.
Police arrested the alleged suspect, Carlos Jordan, 39, on charges of aggravated assault, battery, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, and possession or use of drug related objects.
