ALMA, GA (WSAV) – Alma police have captured 38-year-old Torris Snell, who also goes by Tony, who they say cut a woman’s throat last night.

According to officials, it happened on South Bead Street in Bacon County in the evening of February 14.

The woman was airlifted to the hospital and her condition is unknown at this time.
