SAVANNAH, Ga (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating a shooting on W. Bay Street.

Around 10:45 p.m. Saturday, officers arrived in the 1000 block where they discovered one male victim suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

On Monday, SPD announced they arrested Jonathan Walker, 28, in connection to the shooting. He’s been charged with aggravated assault.

The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
