GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Garden City Police Department is investigating a stabbing that left one man injured Thursday.

Authorities quickly arrested Darrell Johnson in connection to the case.

The incident happened at the InTown Suites hotel on Augusta Road around 1:30 p.m.

Officials said the victim suffered an injury but is expected to be OK.

Johnson faces charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.
