RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WSAV) – St. Joseph’s/Candler’s Mobile Mammography Unit travels to 34 counties each year, including today’s stop in Bryan County.
On Wednesday, Richmond Hill residents had the chance to get a screening at Heartwood, a new planned community.
WSAV spoke with Paige Glazer, Heartwood’s project manager, about the importance of getting a mammogram.
We also spoke with one of the 26 patients who got their screening today.
Lastly, WSAV got a look inside the Mobile Mammography Unit.
