GREENVILLE, N.C. - Deputies say they've charged three men in a Pitt County sweepstakes bust.

Christopher Lee Bass and Joseph Rex Bass Jr. are charged with Operating Five or More Video Gaming Machines and Misc. Gambling. Deputies identify the two as the owners of  Platinum Sweepstakes Cafe on Memorial Drive

Last week, the Pitt County Sheriff's Office seized more than a dozen machines. Investigators found 14 stand up machines, similar to the ones seized in January. The Sheriff's office says these machines are a clear violation of the law.
