BRADENTON, FL (WFLA) - Manatee County deputies arrested a man and a woman who were passed out in a car with the engine running and their two kids on the back seat. Deputies found drugs in the car.

Manatee County Sheriff's Office deputies found Brandy Monica Joule, 32, and Brian Thomas Emery, 31, in their car at about 6 p.m. Thursday. The car was parked at 5125 26th St. E in Bradenton.

The motor was running and the couple's two children were in the back, sweating. Deputies found rock cocaine and a needle in the car. They arrested the couple on charges of DUI, child neglect and drugs and paraphernalia possession. Child Protective Services took the kids.

Both Joule and Emery are behind bars Friday morning waiting to appear in front of a judge.
