PARKING CHANGES FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (RELEASE FROM THE HERITAGE):

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (April 18, 2014)  - RBC Heritage has adjusted parking in an effort to ensure spectator safety this weekend. Weather has forced this change.

Spectators attending the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing on Saturday and Sunday will not be able to park in the general spectator lots.  Spectators without number specific parking hangtags must park at Hilton Head High School at 70 Wilborn Road.  Shuttle buses will drop off all spectators at the Harbour Town Marina.   Each bus will stop at Will Call in the Sea Pines Welcome Center parking lot if necessary.   The shuttle buses will start at 7:00 am and end one hour after play.

"The tournament staff apologizes for any inconvenience the change in parking may cause our spectators," said Tournament Director Steve Wilmot.  "We want to keep our spectators safe and ensure the safety of their vehicles."

The change was made because the continued rain has rendered many of the parking areas inside Sea Pines unusable.

Spectators who have number specific parking hangtags may be directed to other parking lots depending on the condition of their assigned parking area.

The rain has also forced tournament officials to cancel tomorrow evening's concert on the Heritage Lawn.
