Top 3 on 3: Best Spring Weather

SAVANNAH, GA -

For this Top 3 on 3, we used official historical climate records from the National Climactic Data Center of recorded temperatures at Savannah International Airport weather reporting station from 1951 to last year.

To create a "ranking," we balanced the monthly rainfall total (where less rainfall is better weather), average high temperature and average low temperature. We did this by measuring the deviation of each metric from their mean score. The greater aggregate positive deviation, the higher the rank.
