Govan starred at Savannah Christian Prep School, leading the Raiders to the State Title in 2011.  He played several positions, including runningback, roving linebacker and defensive end.  He was a fullback for the Eagles last season.

Head Coach Willie Fritz believes he's found the right spot for the 6'2", 245 pound junior to be.
