    Police are investigating a shooting in the 800 block of Dale Street in Kingsport.  It happened around 10:30 p.m. Monday.Police are releasing very little information."Detectives are currently in the preliminary stages of the investigation," said Tom Patton, Kingsport Police Public Information Officer.

Kenny Cutshall is a senior at David Crockett high school.   Austin Oxendine a junior.  The two usually sit near each other at lunch time but don't really know each other.   That changed earlier this year when Oxendine started choking,  swift action by Cutshall may have saved Oxendine's life.  Now the two will have a lunch room tale to tell for the rest of their lives.
