Popular Greek restaurant relocating to downtown Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. -

A popular Greek restaurant will move to downtown Raleighafter more than 10 years on Glenwood Avenue.

Taverna Agora will relocate late this summer to 326Hillsborough Street. The 4,900-square-foot restaurant will sit between SecondEmpire Restaurant & Tavern and the Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown hotel.

Lou Moshakos opened Taverna in 2003 at 6101 Glenwood Avenue.

Moshakos also owns the popular chain of Carolina Ale Houserestaurants.
