Port Wentworth Police got a call just before 5:00 this evening from a Comcast worker who found the girl at Cordage Circle and Newport Boulevard.

Other children in the home were turned over to other family members.

The girl is expected to be released from the hospital tonight, police said.

A similar incident was reported in the same neighborhood in May of last year when a child wandered away from her daycare.
