Silver Alert canceled for Craven County man

Trent Woods - The Silver Alert for Kelly Gene Lentz has been canceled.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Kelly Gene Lentz, of Craven County.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Kelly Gene Lentz, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Lentz was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, navy blue Yankees jacket, blue long sleeve shirt, black jogging pants and dark blue or gray tennis shoes. He may possibly be heading to Langley, VA.

Lentz drives a 1994 white Ford Ranger extended cab with North Carolina tags: NVC-9535.

    The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is searching for two missing, possibly endangered people out of Hilton Head Island. Kenneth Anderson, 87, and Phyllis Anderson, 85, were reportedly on their way to visit family in Lawrenceville, Ga. at about 10 a.m. on Friday.
