Give the Unique Gift of a Culinary Adventure for this Once in a Lifetime Opportunity to dine among two well renowned chefs. Let's Get Inspired by our Chef from the North, Chef Alain Bosse aka The Kilted Chef from Nova Scotia and our Southern Counterpart Savannah's own Chef Darrin Sehnert!

This incredible evening will feature original recipes and a mouthwatering menu including lobster, mussels and smoked pork belly. Chef Alain will be presenting Lobster 101 and Nova Scotia Mussels and Chef Darin featuring a smoked pork belly course. These chefs will demonstrate, prepare and serve up a fabulous culinary feast for each dish coupled with perfectly paired wine selections. This promises to be a fun, memorable and enlightening evening filled with tips, tricks, new recipes and new friends.

Celebrated Chef Alain Bosse aka The Kilted Chef Atlantic Canada's Culinary Ambassador. Traveling all the way from Nova Scotia Canada. He is president of Alain Bosse Consulting Ltd., food editor for Saltscapes Magazine, past president of Taste of Nova Scotia and ambassador of all things culinary in Atlantic Canada.

Over the past three years, Alain has represented Atlantic Canada in various trade and consumer initiatives to promote our local culinary products. Lobsters, mussels, apples and wild blueberries are just a few of the quality ingredients found on the East Coast of Canada and that can always be found in his kitchen. His travel has included trips to Europe, United States and Canada giving presentations and cooking classes to Chefs, future Chefs and owner- operators on the use of Atlantic Canadian products and their flexibility. He has numerous television appearances as well as radio and editorial features. His enthusiasm and ability to relate to his audience has made him a natural fit for this medium.


And our Southern Partner, Chef Darin, has enjoyed a varied career which has had an unexpected focus on teaching leisure based cooking classes. His past experience has included stints as chef instructor in the academic setting of a university to teaching guests at the Disney Institute at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. In 2005 he left the main kitchen of Disney's Grand Floridian resort to be part of the opening team of the Mansion on Forsyth Park, a boutique hotel in the historic district of Savannah, GA. As the director and chef of 700 Kitchen Cooking School, he has received acclaim for his relaxed and casual style of teaching in a hands-on format. Since 2008, 700 Kitchen has been one of the top ranked "Things to Do" in Savannah on Chef Darin and his classes have been featured in Southern Living, Cooking with Paula Deen, Orlando Leisure Magazine, Jacksonville HOME, and many other media outlets including Martha Stewart Radio and various regional TV segments. He has also appeared as a guest chef aboard the Disney Cruise Line, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, Taste of Chicago and the Southern Women's Show.
