UPDATE: Ports Authority Job Fair Rescheduled for Wednesday

UPDATE:

The job fair will now be held on Wednesday, February 5th, because of last week's winter storm.

It will still be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Savannah Career Center on White Bluff.

The Georgia Ports Authority is hosting a career fair on January 30th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia Department of Labor, Savannah Career Center.

The address is 5520 White Bluff Rd. in Savannah.

"The GPA is excited to collaborate with the Georgia Department of Labor to host this career fair for prospective employees in the Savannah area," said Lise Marshall, senior director of Human Resources at Georgia Ports Authority. "We will be interviewing for a variety of open positions within the fields of operations, driver operators, credit specialist, Port Police, purchasing specialist and more."

Applicants may complete online applications in advance of the fair at www.gaports.com.
