Callaway Gardens to reopen from winter break Sunday

Posted: Updated:
PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. -

Callaway Gardens will re-open on Sunday, Jan. 12 following a brief Winter Break.

Free weekday admission to the Gardens begins Monday, Jan. 13 and lasts through Feb. 28, with the exception of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Jan. 20 and President's Day Feb. 17.

You can witness butterflies emerging and taking flight in the warm, tropical Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center and explore the John A. Sibley Horticultural Center with gorgeous floral displays. While visiting, you can also get outdoors for some exercise on one of the many walking trails or meander through the Gardens on the Discovery Bicycle Trail. Bicycles are available for rent, or you can bring your own.

For more information, you can visit www.callawaygardens.com or call 1-800-CALLAWAY (800-225-5292).
