Posted: Updated:
GREENVILLE, N.C. -

Pitt County Deputies are investigating two overnight shootings in Pitt County.

Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Christy Wallace confirms a call of shots fired and a fight were first reported at the Copper Kettle Club on 903 North. The crowd dispersed once deputies arrived.

Then around 2 a.m. a call came in to a mobile home on Elaina Drive in Greenville. That’s in the Forbes Mobile Home Park. Two men showed up there with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Vidant Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Deputies say neither man lived at the mobile home park.

Deputies and police also responded to the Sheetz convenience store on North Memorial Drive overnight to talk to customers who may have been at the Copper Kettle Club.

Deputies are currently questioning several people. No arrest information has been released.
