Columbus police obtain arrest warrant in Terrell Screws murder

COLUMBUS, Ga. -

The Columbus Police Department have obtained a murder warrant for a man wanted for fatally shooting Terrell Screws earlier this month. Police are looking for Raymond Leon Richmond, also known as Little Raymond, in wanted in connection with the November 8 shooting. 

Around 10:14 p.m. that night, police were called to 1052 Winston Road. Upon arrival, officers found the 27-year-old man dead inside his car from apparent gunshot wounds.

This is the 19th murder in Columbus this year.

Police were  not able to immediately release a photo of Richmond but ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call them at 706-653-3232 or 706-653-3400. Authorities consider Richmond to be armed and dangerous.
