Here's a quick look at your Top 3 on 3 stories you'll need to know before heading out this morning.

Local law enforcement is investigation an overnight shooting in Thunderbolt. The incident occurred just after midnight this morning at a home on Robertson Ave. Thunderbolt police are not releasing many details, but the area is still an active crime scene. Several roads in the area were closed last night, but appear to have reopened this morning.

Also, an update to the deadly shooting at the Los Angeles International Airport on Friday. Some behind-the-scene pictures have been released that show people hiding from the suspected gunman, 23-year-old Paul Ciancia. A photographer took the pictures while hiding in a bathroom Friday, after the Ciancia opened fire on TSA workers. One TSA officer was killed, three other people were wounded. Ciancia faces a charge of murder of a federal officer. The Associated Press, citing a source, reports the suspect told officers, after he was shot, that he'd acted alone.

Plus, if you were logging on to Healthcare.gov early this morning you probably saw the notice that the Health Insurance Marketplace online application was not available from 1, until this 5 morning, and officials say these scheduled site black outs are here to stay. Every morning from 1 until 5, the site will be offline, while improvements are made. The announcement comes as republicans are trying to turn tomorrow's elections into a referendum on Obamacare, seeing it as an opportunity to reshape Congress in 2014. Meanwhile, the White House is continuing to apologize for the site's disastrous rollout.
