Olympic torch arrives at North Pole

MOSCOW - The Olympic flame for the Sochi Winter Olympic Games has arrived at the North Pole.
     
A nuclear-powered icebreaker carrying the flame left a Russian port Tuesday.
     
The Sochi 2014 Olympic torch relay began in Moscow on October 7th and will end at the Sochi 2014 opening ceremony on February 7th.           
     
By then it will have traveled 40,000 miles around Russia, carried by more than 14,000 torchbearers.
