State Seeks Death for Suspect in Mobile Home Murders

It's a murder case that's hard to forget. It was four years ago that police found eight murder victims inside a cramped mobile home, each beaten bloody with a blunt instrument. Now prosecutors announce they will seek the death penalty for the 25 year old who's charged with killing them all.

Guy Heinze Jr. alerted Brunswick Georgia police to the crime scene with a 911 call. Six days later they charged him with the murder. Heinze is set to stand trial soon. Attorneys plan to begin seating a jury on Tuesday. The trial is expected to last about two weeks. Heinze has pleaded not guilty.
