Savannah Neighbors Come Together To Rally For Recovery

SAVANNAH, GA -

Neighbors in the Cann-Jackson park community in Savannah came together to Rally for Recovery. The event is part of National Recovery month where organizers want neighbors to say no to drugs, alcohol, obesity, and violence and stay on the positive track. Leaders shared their message to the young and the old.

"In the City of Savannah with a lot of crime and stuff going on we want our children to know its okay to be snitches. We rather them be snitches and have stitches instead of some mothers digging ditches," said organizer Tabitha Roberts.
