Savannah's Eron Riley Faces Assault Charge in Canada

According to the Canadian Press, former Windsor Forest High School football star Eron Riley was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after an alleged bar fight in Regina, Canada.

Riley is currently on the 9-Game Injured Reserve List with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.

He appeared briefly at the start of the season catching three passes for 14 yards before being injured.

Riley spent time in the NFL with the Ravens, Broncos, Panthers and Jets.. seeing limited regular season action only in New York.

Riley was also arrested and charged with a misdemeanor when a fight broke out in January 2008 when he was on the Duke Blue Devils football team.
