A Turn Toward The West Is Expected This Afternoon...Followed 
By A Turn Toward The West-Southwest Tonight. On The Forecast 
Track... The Center Of Ingrid Will Move Farther Inland Today 
And Tonight.
 
Maximum Sustained Winds Have Decreased To Near 60 Mph
With Higher Gusts.  Additional Weakening Will Occur As The Tropical
Storm Moves Inland. Ingrid Is Expected To Become A Tropical
Depression Later Today... And Dissipate On Tuesday.

Mainly Over Water To The East Of The Center.
