Made Landfall Within The Past Hour Near La Pesca Mexico.

Located Just Inland Near Latitude 23.8 North... Longitude 
97.8 West. Ingrid Is Moving Toward The West-Northwest 
Near 10 Mph And A Turn To The West Is Expected Later 
This Morning... Followed By A Turn To The West-Southwest 
Tonight.  The Center Of Ingrid Will Move Farther Inland 
Today And Tonight.
 
Maximum Sustained Winds Have Decreased To Near 65 
Mph... With Higher Gusts.  Additional Weakening Is Forecast 
As Ingrid Moves Inland Today.
 
Tropical Storm Force Winds Extend Outward Up To 105 Miles
Mainly Northeast Of The Center.
