A St. Helena man is facing additional charges tonight after deputies allegedly found drugs in his home while serving him with an arrest warrant.

On Tuesday authorities went to 230 Seaside Road on St. Helena looking for 23 year old Erick Kadeem Blash.

While taking Blash into custody, authorities say they spotted marijuana in plain view.

After getting a warrant, investigators found more marijuana, MDMA, a small amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office said.

A handgun was also seized.

Blash already had outstanding warrants for Receiving Stolen Goods, Driving Under Suspension and Simple Possession of Marijuana.

He was already wanted by Beaufort City Police for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Carrying a Weapon into an Alcohol Establishment.

Now, Blash is also charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute MDMA and Possession of Cocaine.
