Records show the conduct demonstrated by Lisa Jackson's attorney was concerning to the legal team that handled the Deen case. In an order, documents stated "The conduct of Plantiff's counsel, Mr. Matthew C. Billips, has formed the basis for a motion for Sanctions from Defendants."

VIDEO Above: Attorney Mark Tate describes the findings and possible fallout of the Order.

The order goes on to say, "Specifically, Defendants contended that Mr. Billips used possible media attention to threaten Defendants, made inappropriate comments on Twitter that referenced Defendant Deen, and this lawsuit asked irrelevant and purposely embarrassing questions during depositions."

In other words, attorney's feel Billip's questioning of Deen went too far.

The Order describes Billing's conduct as "Unprofessional, vulgar, and offensive." The document says "The Court was likely to impose some form of sanction for his conduct at the conclusion of this case."

The court has scheduled a hearing on the matter and has requested a written response from Billips.
