The Flood Warning Continues For The Ogeechee River Near Eden.

* At 6 Am Thursday The Stage Was 11.6 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 9.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Moderate Flooding Is Forecast.

* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 12.9 Feet By

  Early Tuesday Morning.  Additional Rises May Be Possible

  Thereafter.

* At 12.0 Feet...The Bottom Floor Of Several Homes At Morgans Bridge

  Begin To Flood. The Boat Ramp And Campground Along Dashers Landing

  Road Near Eden Are Impacted.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Edisto River Near Givhans Ferry.

* At 8 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 12.2 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 10.0 Feet.

* Moderate Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Rise To Near 13.0 Feet By Saturday

  Morning Then Begin A Slow Fall.

* At 13.0 Feet...Some Homes Near The End Of Happiness Lane Become

  Flooded. Most Homes And Cabins Along The River Between Canadys And

  Norman Landing Are Accessible Only By Boat.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Canoochee River Near Claxton.

* At 9 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 12.5 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 11.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Rise To Near 13.2 Feet By Thursday

  Evening Then Begin A Slow Fall.

* At 13.5 Feet...The Main Access Road Into Canoochee Properties...

  Hillside Road...Becomes Flooded.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Savannah River Near Clyo.

* At 9 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 13.6 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 11.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 14.8 Feet By

  Monday Evening.  Additional Rises May Be Possible Thereafter.

* At 14.5 Feet...The Bottom Floor Of Several Riverfront Homes Along

  Tom Goethe Road Begins To Flood.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Savannah River At Burtons Ferry.

* From Late Tonight Until Further Notice.

* At 9 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 14.9 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 15.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Early Thursday Morning And

  Continue To Rise To Near 16.7 Feet By Saturday Evening.

* At 15.0 Feet...Flooding Of Some Adjacent Agricultural Lands Occurs.

  Most Boat Ramps Along The River Are Unusable.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Ohoopee River Near Reidsville.

* At 9 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 17.2 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 11.0 Feet.

* Moderate Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Rise To Near 17.4 Feet By Thursday

  Morning Then Begin A Slow Fall.

* At 17.5 Feet...Water Enters The Ground Level Of Homes In The Joy

  Bluff Community. The Access Road Becomes Covered With Water.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Ogeechee River Near Midville.

* At 9 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 6.7 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 6.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Rise To Near 7.0 Feet By Thursday Evening

  Then Begin A Slow Fall.

* At 6.0 Feet...The Access Road Into The River Bluff In Midville

  Begins To Flood. The Lower Portion Of Johnson Road Near Herndon

  Also Becomes Covered.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Satilla River At Atkinson.

* Until Further Notice...Or Until The Warning Is Cancelled.

* At  8:45 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 13.7 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 13.0 Feet.

* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 16.7 Feet By

  Monday Early Afternoon.  Additional Rises May Be Possible

  Thereafter.

* Impact...At 14.0 Feet...River Rock Road Begins To Experience

  Flooding Across The Road.

* Impact...At 13.0 Feet...Warner Landing...Louis Landing And Secondary

  Roads Around Koa Campgrounds Begin To Flood.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Satilla River At Waycross.

* Until Late Thursday Night...Or Until The Warning Is Cancelled.

* At  8:45 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 16.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 16.0 Feet.

* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Tonight And Continue To Rise

  To Near 16.1 Feet By Tomorrow Morning. The River Will Fall Below

  Flood Stage By Tomorrow Evening.

* Impact...At 16.0 Feet...Flooding Of Agriculture And Timber Lands

  Begins At 16 Feet.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Altamaha River At Baxley.

* Until Further Notice...Or Until The Warning Is Cancelled.

* At  8:45 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 76.5 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 74.5 Feet.

* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 77.8 Feet By

  Monday Evening.  Additional Rises May Be Possible Thereafter.

* Impact...At 74.5 Feet...Minor Flooding Of Timber And Agricultural

  Land Can Be Expected.

 

The Flood Warning Continues For The Altamaha River At Everett City.

* From Thursday Evening Until Further Notice...Or Until The Warning

  Is Cancelled.

* At  9:15 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 11.1 Feet.

* Moderate Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 12.0 Feet.

* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Tomorrow Late Evening And

  Continue To Rise To Near 14.2 Feet By Monday Early Afternoon.

  Additional Rises Are Possible Thereafter.

* Impact...At 13.0 Feet...Water Begins To Encroach Upon Altamaha Park

  Road And Pennick Road. Portions Of Altamaha Park Become Inundated.

* Impact...At 12.0 Feet...Agricultural And Timber Lands Flooded. Water

* Impact...At 10.0 Feet...River Begins Coming Out Of Channel Banks

  Inundating Low Lying Bottomlands.

* At  8:45 PM Wednesday The Stage Was 14.9 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 15.0 Feet.

* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Tonight And Continue To Rise

  To Near 16.0 Feet By Monday Early Afternoon. Additional Rises Are

  Possible Thereafter.
