Here's a quick look at your Top 3 on 3 stories you'll need to know before heading out this morning.

On Wednesday President Obama went to the Midwest where he spoke to a crowd of about 2,000people at the University of Central Missouri. Most of the President's speech focused on his economic agenda and his frustration with Congress. Today, Mr. Obama will head to Jacksonville, Florida to deliver much of the same message. He will also tour the Port of Jacksonville.

Plus, more than 77 people have lost their lives this morning, after a train derailment in northern Spain on Wednesday. Officials are calling it one of Spain's worst rail accidents in decades. Victims were caught inside toppled cars and had to be pulled out of broken windows. One carriage was even severed in two. Recovery efforts have continued into the morning as more than a hundred people injured have been taken to local hospitals.

Also, a community meeting is set for today in Savannah, on the agenda, flooding relief for an often water logged neighborhood. During the meeting city officials will explain plans for a project designed to help prevent and alleviate flooding in the Baldwin Park Neighborhood. The drop in session is set for this evening, July 25th from 5 to 6:30. It will be held at the Savannah Arts Academy, which is on Washington Avenue.
