An Upper Level Trough Over The Lower Mississippi Valley Will Bring Abundant 
Moisture To Central And Eastern Georgia This Week. This Setup Will Result In 
Heavy Rainfall Across North And Central Georgia Through Early Friday.
Additional Rainfall Of 1 To 1.5 Inches Appears Likely Through Friday Morning 
With Localized Higher Amounts Possible. These Amounts... Combined With The 
Heavy Rain That Has Already Fallen... Will Be Sufficient To Produce Flash 
Flooding In The Watch Area.
