18-story office tower to be built in North Hills

RALEIGH, N.C. -

The popular North Hills area of Raleigh will be getting a brand new 18-story office tower, with construction set to begin in December.

The development of North Hills Tower Two, an 18-story office tower located in North Hills, was announced Wednesday by Kane Realty Corporation.

According to the company, the building will feature 300,000 square feet of usable space. Groundbreaking is set for December and is expected to be open in the fall of 2015.

The building will include 10 stories of office space and seven levels of parking and street-level retail and restaurants.

North Hills Tower Two will be located adjacent to the Captrust Tower.
