41st Fugitive Files Suspect Now Behind Bars

CHATHAM COUNTY, GA -

A convicted sex offender who hasn't reported to probation since last year in back in jail.

News 3 first profiled Lloyd Waters back in April.

Waters was convicted of aggravated assault with intent to rape back in 2010 and was in jail until last year.

"In October he was released from incarceration," said Chatham County Sheriff's Investigator Octavious Anderson. "He came to let us know he was released from incarceration and disappeared after that."

Waters was picked up by Chatham County Sheriff's Saturday.

He now faces charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Failure to Appear, and Probation Violation.

Waters is the 41st suspect arrested by authorities after being profiled on News 3's Fugitive Files.
