Fugitive Files: Assault Suspect Wanted by Sheriff's

40 Fugitive Files suspects caught so far, but more remain on the loose.

Robe Folston is a convicted felon, spent time in prison, and is still committing crimes.

"I believe the incident had something to do with a young lady, possibly domestic situation," explained Sgt Carlos Michael of the Chatham County Sheriff's Department. "Where he ended up running over the young lady with a car."

Sheriff's say that is just the latest crime in a long rap sheet dating back to 1991.

The list of crimes includes false imprisonment, several aggravated assaults and obstruction of justice.

"He's no stranger to Chatham County Jail, Chatham County Sheriff's Office, myself, other deputies.," said Sgt Michael. "We've arrested Folston on several occasions. Usually we've had to fight, wrestle, chase. He doesn't come easily."
 
"He's to going to do what he wants to do," explained Michael. "He's on probation. Hasn't reported to probation since he got out in 2012. He hasn't paid restitution, $15,000 in restitution that he owes for medical bills toward the victim. He's considered armed and dangerous."
 
Investigators believe the 39 year old Folston still in Savannah, possibly off 39th street, near the intersection of Bull and Montgomery.
